just look at what's happened recently:
- bad approach to appointing a new manager (again!)
- chairman sounding off about other players (Austin)
- Buying "superstars" one who got dragged off after 30 mins last weekend
- Bilic seriously getter the numbers 21 & 12 confused by not bringing off Jenks..
- the whole "Watch this space", "Don't go to sleep" BullS
- A total scatter guy approach to buying a forward (sure we've seen that in the last season or two)
- Wanting to get rid of Ginge - probably one of our most hard working and better players last season
- Letting Downing go without a replacement
- Shako getting arrested twice
- Velencia sounding off....
- 10 out of 11 players who had no idea what they were meant to do in the last two home games.
- Probably the worst performance since we the opening game against Coventry in 1987
- Amalfitano being dumped to play with the kids.
Upton Park isn't a happy place, why is that??!!

I'm also glad Downing went, happy to say goodbye to Collins too at this stage.
Happy to see a bunch of new faces at the club, hoping for a few more. Hardly a disaster.

To be fair the hierarchy at the Club have been a joke since John Lyall was sacked back in 1989!! Since then bar a period under Bonzo, then for a while under Harry and maybe 6 months or so under Pards the purchasing in the transfer market and football on the pitch has been pretty dire and of course off the pitch it has been fairly laughable at times.
Having said all that I suspect supporters at other Clubs can claim bragging rights over dire stuff on the pitch, pretty disastrous stuff off it and some mind boggling transfer movement.

I agree its not great , and our chairmen need to be more professional along with our players.
As for buying players I think it is one of two things either our chairmen do not push the boat out far enough or quality players do not wish to come to West Ham.
The manager thing was done too late but I think Bilic will be decent if the players comply.
But if we are to improve as a club a lot has to change and a more serious professional set up is needed for example the chairmen must learn to shut up and stop leaking stuff.

I have seen nothing to suggest Bilic will be decent. I was alarmed that he was tactically mugged off by lowly Leicester and fucking Bournemouth.
Liverpool will be interesting in that respect or at least would have been if we weren't rocking up with one of the shittiest starting 11s in the division. We have no fucking chance.

Let's face it there has certainly been some bloody shocking and embarrassing Club management that's gone on at Newcastle, Cardiff, Blackburn, Sunderland, Leeds, Villa and Portsmouth amongst others over the last few years and even Man United haven't been immune.
Plus the fans at Liverpool, Everton and Arsenal haven't exactly been bowled over by some of their player recruitment at times and Everton and Arsenal have been savaged for their lack of investment despite being at other ends of the spectrum financially.
Then you have Mourinho's meltdown's and Man City's managerial merry go round to top it all off! So we are pretty much on a par with other Clubs as disgruntled fans it's just that we just see our Club being a joke because that's all we care about.
The difference is some Clubs spend money to win things and make more money. Our board just seem intent on scraping by until they make a nice profit by selling up like I am sure they always intended too.

jfk/pony - Wouldn't disagree, but we have just lost at home to Leicester and Bournemouth, that is fucking pathetic no matter what anyone says, so of course people are going to complain.
Assuming we lose tomorrow then lose another home gameto Toon, then what? Is that still ok, and we should still be happy clappers?
I'm not expecting anything tomorrow, but I'll be very interested to see how much fight there is out there, will they be giving everything for the shirt and for the 3 thousand or so that are payig good money to go up there? Let's see.
